The product and the website
NestoDesk's local-first design describes how the application manages imported records on your PC. Hosting and access processing for this website are separate. For product data handling, read PRIVACY-PREVIEW.txt in the download ZIP.
Saving your language choice
Your manual Japanese or English choice is saved in your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage under nestoworks.language. It is used only to remember your choice and control the English-version suggestion, not for automatic redirects or advertising tracking. The temporarily dismissed suggestion uses sessionStorage under nestoworks.englishSuggestion.dismissed. You can delete these values through your browser's site-data settings. You can browse without allowing storage.
Information in support emails
Information you email to us, such as your email address, product name and version, system environment, and issue description, is used to answer your enquiry and investigate the issue. Do not attach private conversations, documents, passwords, or other confidential information to your first email. Details of email retention and deletion practices are under review and are not finalized on this page.
Hosting and external services
These pages include no custom analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Demonstration videos are served as MP4 files from this site, without an embedded third-party player.
ChatGPT Sites provides hosting and access controls for the published site. Its access processing and standard traffic measurement are separate from custom website tracking. We do not make claims about provider internals, including processing details and retention periods, that we cannot verify here. Please consult the provider's policies.
